At Harukaze, every product is created especially for you after an order is placed. Because of this made to order process, we follow a careful and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent for production. Once an order has entered the printing or processing stage, cancellation is not possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
Returns and Refunds
Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- There is a clear printing or manufacturing defect
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing methods
- Size issues are not eligible for refund or replacement
- Products must not be used or washed when reported
